Seasonal message from William Lewis, Excellence and Innovation Programme Director.

As we approach the end of 2008, I am sure we will all reflect on yet another action-packed year. For me personally, 21 new Beacons, ten more STAR winners, the development and implementation of the High Quality Managers and the Quality Champions Accreditation programmes, the KER-BLAMMS!!, and the many new innovation and expertise sharing projects have all helped us meet our key aims and objectives. Equally, we know we need to communicate better and to give you more and better opportunities to contribute. We therefore look forward to 2009 with a sense of excitement and anticipation.
