Beacon innovation fund

QIA invites Beacons to propose projects at certain stages throughout the year. For guidance notes and the invitation to submit proposals visit the resource pool.

All QIA Learning and Skills Beacons are eligible to apply for funding from the innovation programme.

The fund is designed to aide and support Beacons with any project ideas they have which could be considered as inspiring and innovative; something over and above what would be expected of a provider on a routine basis. No guarantees of support can be given and approval will depend upon the availability of funds and the decision of the assessment panel.

Dates for applications in 2008:

All bids for the next round of judging must be in by 30 October 2008. Beacons will be sent guidance notes and an invitation to submit proposals in September.
